Most of the menu items are self-explanatory. The menu item at the right hand end (More.. ) leads to Sailing Club Manager. This is the part of the site which deals with the booking pages for training or sailing events, racing documents, the Club calendar and other administration tasks. If you need to book a course, download race instructions, log in as a member or for admin work this is the link to click.

Let us know - email webmaster@bhyc.org.uk and we’ll sort it out.

All the bookings are handled on this Bookings page . If you can’t find the course you’re looking for, email training@bhyc.org.uk. You can also request a 1-to-1 training session if nothing is currently available to suit you.
-
No. Some are, and others are for adults as well, or adults only. We cater for all ages and abilities, and if you can’t find the course you need just email us at training@bhyc.org.uk and we can set something up to suit you.

Most events are publicised in the newsletter - both onshore social events and on the water racing, training and recreational sailing. Click on ‘News ‘ in the main menu. A BHYC Club calendar is also available HERE to download, and for those only interested in sailing and racing there is also a Racing Calendar HERE

We have a ‘Classifieds’ page - click the SCM link above and it’s in the drop-down list

Drop in to the Club and enjoy a drink at the bar or a meal in the Galley. Join us for one of our free Music Nights, or come to one of the regular Winter Talks. Or join one of the volunteer groups - the ‘Last of the Summer Wine’ group meet on Wednesday mornings to carry out maintenance around the site, the ‘Bosuns Buddies’ meet on a Thursday to work on and maintain the Club boats, volunteers help out on admin tasks in the office, and others help out as needed when we have Open Days to arrange or events to set up. Volunteer help is always welcome and always greatly appreciated, and it’s a good way to get to know other Members.
-
Email or phone the office, or call in and ask anyone - every club member is happy to help, even if only to point you in the right direction.
